TLVG offers Executive Leadership Development programs. Because of their importance to the organizations’ success, and its essential role in strategy execution TLVG offers three programs in this area. Each program is specifically designed to ensure the organization is appropriately designed to meet its objectives and that key contributors are fully engaged. These programs are often offered as a component of the strategic planning process.

Over time organizational designs have a tendency to lag behind changes in business environments; becoming stagnant or incumbent dependent. TLVG takes a multi-faceted view of the organization and develops plans that will improve resource alignment in critical areas. The review identifies roles and tasks that are critical to the business and areas for potential outsourcing. This intensive review can also include increased utilization of systems and technology.
TLVG will work with individuals, small groups or teams to enhance leadership skills. The process is designed to improve alignment on key goals and objectives and to eliminate barriers to increasing performance. For individual engagements, TLVG works to develop an appropriate balance between organizational and individual needs. These engagements are highly personalized and require a high degree of interaction with participants.

This program is focused on specific individuals in an organization and does not include any organizational design review. Selected individuals will be evaluated against position profiles and organizational needs. Various assessment tools will be employed based upon circumstances, including a review of existing performance appraisal documents and personal interviews. Senior management will receive a comprehensive review and recommendations.
